At Tri Tip Grill we don’t blow smoke, we know smoke. A butcher by trade, John Pickerel has spent the last 40 years perfecting our signature tri-tip.

Our 35-day aged Certified Angus Beef tri-tip is known for its “candy” crust made possible only by 10 years of study on fire, flame and heat alone. Through our patented smoke roasting process we finish the interior to an addictive edge-to-edge juicy medium rare.

We know we have the best tri-tip on the planet, but don’t take our word for it—put us to the test.
